Where the wild blings are

Given the choice between a $10,000 Bulgari watch or a week shooting wildlife in Yellowstone National Park I would pick Yellowstone. That might strike some as strange, but I’ve always found there to be more beauty in nature than in man-made things. Sunlight filtering through a dewy spider web. A flock of geese in a lazy V across the sky. Even a solitary moose or tiny squirrel, they’re all superbly beautiful to me.

“When we seek for connection, we restore the world to wholeness. Our seemingly separate lives become meaningful as we discover how truly necessary we are to each other.”
Peter-~-He was the first sound that brought to life my Esalen experience, as I walked down the majestic stone steps with jasmine smells flowing downward with me, to a particular space, ocean breezes and smells of fresh breads ready to be served... For sure it all has greatly expanded my life here on planet earth. Music was drifting towards me, and my senses responded...as I look in the direction across the way, to my delight he was somewhat perched on a wood bench, this caricature, all bare footed and playfully positioned by the universe as if to to say "Welcome, won't you let whoever you are show yourself, relax, enjoy this appointed time, yes? Good decision... Sing, smile, take off those shoes...and stay awhile".... I realized my journey had taken it's toll on my feet, so I stripped off my socks & boots without a word spoke by all the others with shoes, I choose his way......and i also was now free... for a blissful sacred moment in time I was being shown the how to's & sacred rights of "let it all go"... It would be one distinct moments that come to mind when I am of old and I have a similar sound or smell, up will come the memories of Peter. How or what a person goes through to become so fluid with life that everyone will get it if they are even remotely open for such was what this man-boy emits...
The morning I was to leave, I went to give him some of my sacred oils that I blended knowing I would leave my mark as well with a few someones..., I was compelled to give to him something valuable to me, for the richness he had created in the places we gathered during my time at Esalen. When He graciously received, I was made aware he was a most exquisite photographer, as he shared his portfolio. I immediately thought he and miss Dixie Dixon and Sarah Downs would be fast friends! I then on my last few hours before departure had a burning desire for sir Peter to be the one who could capture this all for me so that I may have artistic portfolio & business pictures in my upcoming needs for such!
I commissioned his talents for some photos, sooooo, your on my team now Peter, when I am to receive the Nobel Peace Award in my elder years, we can yuck it up giggle on the times we pretended these were pictures to be put with my ideas of noble endeavours . It all was so very perfect and he was very comfortable to shoot with, very powerfully encouraging and kept me in my place as I wanted to do what I do, I submitted to being still/quiet/poised and he produced pictures capturing magnificently spiritual moments in time, and a pic is worth more than 1000 words...I paid him, he was worth far than he was given. Peter, know that I am very grateful that I have met, relaxed, laughed, sang, ate, and been photographed with/by you. The Pictures will arrive soon I am sure, and very exciting to share them with my people:)
Thank You for all your shared talents & energies~Lisa from Fate,Tx.
